This Cookie Policy applies only to the informational website zbierajmadrze.pl. It does not describe the operation of the app.zbierajmadrze.pl application, where mechanisms necessary for login, offline work and PWA operation are described in the Privacy Policy.
On zbierajmadrze.pl we use two categories of cookies and related technologies (localStorage):
You can change your consent decision at any time - click "Cookie settings" in the page footer.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
cookieConsent | localStorage | Remembering your decision regarding marketing cookies so we don't ask on every visit. | Until you withdraw consent or clear browser data |
Legal basis: Article 173(3)(2) of the Polish Telecommunications Act (necessary to provide a service requested by the user) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Service Provider in the correct operation of the website).
After you give consent, we load the Meta Pixel mechanism (also known as Facebook Pixel) provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). The pixel sets cookies in your browser and sends events to Meta (e.g. page view, registration completion) along with your IP address and technical browser data, so that we can measure the effectiveness of Facebook/Instagram ads and optimize campaigns.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp | facebook.com (Meta) | Browser identifier used to attribute conversions and measure Meta advertising campaigns. | 90 days |
_fbc | facebook.com (Meta) | Ad-click identifier (set only if you arrive on the site from a Meta ad). | 90 days |
Legal basis: Article 173(1) of the Polish Telecommunications Act (consent to store/read information on the device) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent to processing of personal data).
Joint controllership: in respect of the collection of pixel events and their transmission to Meta, the Service Provider and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. act as joint controllers within the meaning of Article 26 GDPR (see Meta's Controller Addendum). With respect to further use of the data for its own purposes, Meta acts as a separate controller.
Transfer outside the EEA: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. may transfer data to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. The transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and Meta's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission decision of 10 July 2023).
For details of Meta's processing, see the Meta Privacy Policy and the Meta Pixel documentation.
You can withdraw your consent to marketing cookies at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the page footer and choosing "Essential only". After withdrawal we immediately stop loading Meta Pixel, and existing _fbp and _fbc cookies are removed from your browser on the next page load. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You can also manage cookies on your own in your browser settings - block them, delete existing ones or restrict their acceptance. Blocking essential cookies may cause the cookie banner to reappear on every visit.
For aggregated traffic measurement we use our own self-hosted GoatCounter statistics, available at stats.zbierajmadrze.pl. GoatCounter does not use cookies or localStorage; to count unique visits it relies on a short-lived, rotated hash derived from the IP address and basic browser metadata, without creating a persistent device identifier. As a result, running the statistics does not require consent under Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Act. Details on the processing of data within the statistics are described in the Privacy Policy.
In connection with public forms, we may technically process an IP address solely for abuse protection (rate limiting). This is not used for marketing tracking.
