Does the app work offline?

How are workers identified?
Each worker has an NFC card or tag. Tap it with the phone to instantly record harvests.
Can I connect a scale?
Yes. We integrate with Bluetooth scales. The system subtracts tare and saves the net weight automatically.
How are wages settled?
Set rates and a period, and the app calculates wages based on harvests and advances. Export to PDF/CSV.
How much does the app cost?
Current gross prices are shown in the Pricing section before payment. Choose a plan matching the size of your farm: smaller teams (up to 35 workers) or larger teams (up to 100 workers). You pay a flat annual fee, regardless of the exact team size.
What crops does the app support?
Any - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries, apples, and other fruits or vegetables. The system lets you define custom crops, varieties, and field segments to match your farm.
Do the foreman and owner use the same app?
Yes. It's one app with a modern interface. The owner has access to settlements, reports, and settings, while the foreman sees only harvest registration and the worker list. You assign roles yourself in the panel.
Do you sell Bluetooth scales and NFC cards?
No. We don't sell hardware. We'll help you choose the right Bluetooth scale and NFC tags available on the market - and guide you through the full setup and integration with the app.
How can I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe - securely accepting cards (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Right after payment we send your login and a temporary password.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes - tick the "I want a VAT invoice" checkbox in the registration form and provide your tax ID (NIP). The invoice is issued after the payment is settled.
What happens after a year?
We do not auto-charge after the year. We will send you a reminder by email 7 days before the period ends. Renewal is one click in the app - your data stays.
Can I cancel?
You can drop the demo (14 days) at any time - no charge. After purchasing the annual access, the rules of the Terms apply, including information on the right of withdrawal from a distance contract.
Does the app work on iPhone (iOS)?
In principle yes - the app runs on iOS and you can use most features. However, on iPhone there is currently no support for NFC (worker cards/tags) or Bluetooth scales - those features require an Android phone with the Chrome browser (NFC and the Bluetooth scale work in Chrome). Full iOS support, including NFC and Bluetooth, is planned in upcoming releases.
